Our talent partners do their best to review your application as soon as possible. Depending on the position you have applied for, and your own availability, it usually takes us 2 - 4 weeks to complete your hiring process.
Each position is different and also requires different skills, so the individual steps to evaluate those skills may differ. To ensure consistency, all candidates that apply for the same role have the exact same steps in our recruitment process. At a high level, we do a Recruitment screening, technical assignment, onsite loop, reference calls and a final round with our managing director.
No! We will only make contact with references that you supply us with. We will conduct a 15minutes call with each of them and ask them about their experience working with you.
Throughout the hiring process, your point of contact will always be one of our helpful talent partners. Your talent partner will advise you on the role, our company, hiring process as well as introducing you to some of the key stakeholders in the business. Typically you will meet the manager of the team you have applied for, the head of that department, relevant peers, as well as a final call with our managing director.
ready2order is growing rapidly. We do our best to come back to you as soon as possible and let you know about the outcome of your application at each stage. During busy periods we may take slightly longer to respond. Also, our emails can sometimes make their way to your Spam / Junk folder. If you haven’t heard from us within a one week period, or have never received an email confirming your application, please check your Spam / Junk folder.
ready2order is a remote-first company and does not usually require relocation to Austria or Germany. On account of this, we do not provide financial support for relocation. But we assist you in the VISA process, help you to find a new apartment and provide you with all the necessary information you need if you want to relocate to one of our hubs.
90% of the ready2order team is working remotely. We have offices in Vienna and Berlin and you are highly welcomed to visit us at any time. Book a room or a hot desk whenever you like, meet your team for a creative workshop or just grab a coffee or tea and enjoy socializing with your colleagues in the office.
It’s important to note that working remotely is not for everyone. If you need the formal structure of an office and being physically surrounded by people every day then working with ready2order is probably not a good fit. That said we tend to work in ways that help to foster many of these elements (mostly in a virtual space). We use a number of online tools and services to foster collaboration, conduct meetings, share information, and work on projects. Also, we have two offices in Vienna where you can meet with your colleagues whenever you want.
We also don’t care where you work as long as it has a strong consistent internet connection and is within the time zones in Europe.
