The carefree solution for POS newcomers.

  • During a comprehensive needs analysis over the phone, we discuss the most important features for your industry and your planned cash register launch: What exactly do you need and when do you want to get started?
  • You will receive a 60-minute workshop on cash register set-up*.
  • You will receive a link to the workshop recording and other helpful information.
  • Provide us with an Excel list of your products and we will enter up to 2,000 items (not including inserts and variations) for you.
  • Together with you, we will set up tables, up to 9 employee profiles and your printers**.
  • We will call you after the 1st and 2nd month and ask if you have everything under control: Are any features unclear or do you still have questions?

* Please choose a service date that you can keep. It is possible to reschedule twice for justifiable reasons. If an agreed appointment is not kept for the third time, we may no longer be able to offer support.

** Limited to the creation of a maximum of 2,000 products (excluding product variants / inserts), up to 9 employee roles with different rights and a maximum of 90 minutes of printer setup. The responsibility for the correctness of the settings made in the POS system remains entirely with the company operating the POS system. ready2order does not provide any information on accounting or tax issues. During the term of the service packages, you will have a personal contact person at your side; additional enquiries after the expiry of the service described must be made via the free support (via contact form, e-mail or telephone).
