ready2order specializes in the development and distribution of innovative cloud software solutions in the POS and payment sector for small businesses. Founded in 2015, the FinTech now serves over 10,000 customers in Germany and Austria. In line with its remote-first culture, the nearly 100 employees work both at the headquarters in Vienna and throughout Europe.

Growth Stages

Milestone 2012

Early Stage

POS systems were hard to use, clunky and unscalable. Together with our customers, we  identified a gap in the market and the idea for ready2order was born.

Milestone 2015

Start-up

New POS legislation was introduced in Austria and demand for our product increased exponentially. Due to this, we invested heavily in scaling the product infrastructure as well as implementing best practices. 

Milestone 2020

Scale-up

ready2order transforms from a digital POS system into a FinTech solution for micro-businesses, launching new markets and developing into an international organization.

Milestone 2020

Takeover

After being financed by Speedinvest and Reimann Investors during  start-up phase, ready2order becomes part of the Zucchetti Group in July 2023. So the future as a medium-sized company begins.
