If we conclude a contract of employment with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of the employment relationship in compliance with the legal requirements. If no contract of employment is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be stored for at least another six months in order to be able to comply with the obligations of proof under the Equal Treatment Act (Gleichbehandlungsgesetz).
