ready2order has been specializing in the development and distribution of innovative solutions in the POS and payment sector for small businesses since 2015. Over 16,000 companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are already successfully using ready2order, relying on modern, cloud-based technology to manage their business processes. The Zucchetti Group

Since July 2023, ready2order has been part of the Zucchetti Group, a leading European IT company based in Italy with over 9,000 employees. Zucchetti offers a unique product portfolio, from POS, cashless payment, ERP, and HR to access control and more – specifically adapted to various company sizes and industries.

Growth stages

Early Stage

POS systems were hard to use, clunky and unscalable. Together with our customers, we identified a gap in the market and the idea for ready2order was born.

Start-up

New POS legislation was introduced in Austria and demand for our product increased exponentially. Due to this, we invested heavily in scaling the product infrastructure as well as implementing best practices.

Scale-up

ready2order transforms from a digital POS system into a FinTech solution for micro-businesses, launching new markets and developing into an international organization.

Takeover

After being financed by Speedinvest and Reimann Investors during start-up phase, ready2order becomes part of the Zucchetti Group in July 2023. The future as a medium-sized company begins.
